Congressional Information on the Library of Congress Web Site

This guide provides access to Congressional information available on the Library of Congress Web site. The primary focus is to connect the user to full-text Congressional publications. Links are provided to recent and historical Congressional bills, laws, debates, journals, roll call votes, reports and documents. In addition, this guide includes a list of related online resources containing information on the Congress, both on the Library’s Web site and elsewhere. A glossary of Congressional terms is also provided to assist the user.

For each publication a date range is provided to indicate the years that full-text material is available online. Congressional material not currently available on the Internet can be accessed in Federal depository libraries throughout the United States.
